Chefs For Change

Did you know that there are nearly 900 evictions filed in Durham every month?  Local nonprofit Families Moving Forward knows it well, and works to coordinate a series of locally-based support services to help families that face eviction.  Through our support of their signature event, Chefs For Change, Harris is helping that cause as well.

Bull City is Almost Here!

We’re incredibly excited to be partnering again with the 6th Annual Bull City Food & Beer Experience.  For three hours this coming Sunday, February 25th, our brewery partners will be paired up with some of the best restaurants in Durham.

Spend a Night Out on Lonerider

Lonerider Brewing Company is offering a night out in Raleigh for a lucky winner and their +1!  All you have to do is post a picture of your love for delicious Sweet Josie Brown Ale on social media, and Lonerider will choose a winner among the bunch on February 11th, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Catawba To Purchase Palmetto

Catawba Brewing Co. announced this month that it is purchasing Palmetto Brewing Co. Both brands will continue to be sold with a single staff/company behind them. Harris is proud to carry both brands. 

NC Rare & Vintage Tasting

Each year, the NC Rare & Vintage Tasting raises funds for Pints For Prostates, a charity that promotes awareness of prostate cancer, its risks, and the importance of early screenings.  Plus, there are some darn tasty beers to be had!
